2104565 - Including Image Signature of Recruiters in Offer Letter Template in SuccessFactors Recruiting

• Signature Images of the recruiters need to be attached to a support case, so the Customer Success team can upload them to our SFTP servers and generate links for them
• A different offer letter must be created for each recruiter

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Create a support case from the SAP Support Portal
2. Attach the recruiters’ signature images to the case
3. Once complete, the Customer Success Team will upload the signature images and provide the links to use those signature images.
4. Once you have the links proceed as follows:
   
   
1. Login to the instance
2. Go to Admin tools
3. Click Manage Offer Letter Templates
4. Click Create New Template

Remember requested images will be uploaded into a public domain, thus anyone with access to the image URLs will have access to the content.
