2104599 - Server Intelligence Agent (SIA) has failed to intialize because of the bootstrap file

The Server Intelligence Agent (SIA) is in Running status, however the Central Management Server (CMS.exe) is not in memory

Following error is observed in Event viewer:

"Server Intelligence Agent has been failed to initialize because the bootstrap file <BusinessObjects install Dir>\winXX_xXX\_boe_<node_name>.bootstrap can not be accessed. Please make sure no other program is using this file or restore it from your backup if it is missing."

The Server Intelligence Agent (SIA) is in Running status, however the Central Management Server (CMS.exe) is not in memory

SIA Trace log SIA_<NODENAME>_trace.glf reflects the following errors:
