2105261 - Discrepancies between the title in Succession Org Chart and Lineage Org Chart

Symptom

  • Title under Succession Org Chart does not match to the title showing in Lineage Org Chart for an incumbent.

Environment

  • Succession Management
  • Nomination method: Position or Role-Person

Resolution

  1. Lineage Org Chart displays Employee Title only and Succession Org Chart displays either Position Title or Employee Title or both titles. This is the system behavior.
     
  2. If you need to display employee title in Succession Org Chart as well, you can configure it by following below steps:
  •            Login in in your instance.
  •            Go to Admin Tools.
  •            Under Company Settings click on Org Chart Configuration
  •            Click on Employee Title checkbox to enable the same on Succession Org Chart.
