Symptom
In the Self-Diagnosis of the SAP Solution Manager, it shows the following error message for function Root Cause Analysis Applications:
Message : An unexpected error occured Alert Name : Diagnostics Setup Prerequisite SubAlert Name : Diagnostics Central Note Action : Please open an OSS message on the component SV-SMG-INS-DIA.
