2106111 - SUM Cannot handle Components of Provider km_converter

When upgrading the Enterprise Portal from 7.0x to 7.40 or 7.50 in Configuration Phase the upgrades prompts the Component List to review the target release components and

you get a screen in SUM which is described as below :

There are <Number> components installed in the system which cannot be handled automatically by the SUM process.

The affected Compontents are listed as the followed Example:
