SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

2106315 - IQ stacktrace s_dpThreeByteStore::LoadHash. Abort: s_dpthreestore.cxx 923 ProcessCountOverflow(); (also possible 924 or 925)

Symptom

IQ stacktrace from s_dpThreeByteStore::LoadHash. A replication to IQ or basic insert statement are crashing the server when attempting to insert into a table created with MINIMIZE_STORAGE set to 'ON'.

A stacktrace :

s_dpThreeByteStore::LoadHash
s_dpThreeByteStore::CompleteInsert
hs_dpInsert::CompleteFP
hs_dpInsert::DoFinishedInsert
hdb_hinsert::DoFinishedInsert

After all indexes of the table were re-built to explicit One Byte FP (FP1), Two Byte FP (FP2) and FlatFP (in an attempt to avoid rollover to FP3) a server still was failing with the same stacktrace and an error:
