2106715 - error code 3010 :Unable to match primary name to directory - Data Quality Management 4.0 for SAP

Symptom

The DQM real time job proposes wrong address for Italy when zip code is changed.
When providing postal code = 97100, the DQM proposes an error code 3010

"Locality, region, and postcode are valid. Unable to match primary name to directory"

When the postal code is changed to 96105, then DQM proposes the suggestion list with postal code 97100.
