BAI line type 16 with a '/' in it causes data to be truncated

A record in the BAI file has line type 16 which contains a '/' character then data is truncated
A record in the BAI file has line type 16 and 88 which contains a '/' character then data is truncated
A record in the BAI file has line type 88 which contains a '/' character thendata is not truncated
