2106900 - Screen Flicker on a PowerBuilder Application Deployed to Microsoft (MS) Remote Desktop (RDS)

Symptom

Using using a PFC applicaton with PowerBuilder (PB) 12.5.2 Build 5550 and an Oracle 11g back end. The application works fine in the current Citrix environment and when running on the server and local client. However, when the application is deployed to the MS RDS environment on MS Server 2008 and run as a client solution the application flashes to the point of distraction.
