2107486 - Sort order and filters back to default when refresh in CRM WEB UI - Solution Manager

Symptom

  • You are using search functionality in Solution Manager CRM WEB UI, and you have changed the sort order to something for example, Ascending. But when you refresh the search result, the result doesn't show as ascending whereas it shows the default one.
  • You are setting up filters similarly as above case but they not getting getting saved permanently either.
  • You setup sort order and filter for particular column in Home screen for section "My Messages - Assigned To Me" but when you close CRM UI and get back the sort order changed back to the default one.
