Error 7948 is reported during the ASE 15 upgrade:

Msg 7948, Level 16, State 4:
Server '<server>', Line 1:
Page 5703367, object 24, partition 24, index 0, level 0, was found with fixed-row status improperly set. That status has been cleared by DBCC.
