2107978 - 'updateRS' 30270 API error when trying to set a column as section in Web Intelligence report

Symptom

  • Cannot set any of the tables/columns as a section in a report
  • When setting a column as a section, the following error displays:

Error: "An internal error occurred while calling 'updateRS' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270) (Error: INF)"

  • When saving the report as a WID file, the following error displays:

Error: "An internal error occurred while calling 'saveDocumentToPath' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270) (WIS 30270)"
