2108041 - BOBJ-SLD-DS (BI Platform SLD Data Supplier) hangs on "trying to get nodes" and never completes

Symptom

The SAP BusinessObejcts BI Platform SLD data supplier is generating a 0kb file and as a result, the Solution Manager managed system setup fails to complete

As a troubleshooting step, you are manually running the runbobjsldds.bat script per note 2026604 but the script hangs on "trying to get nodes" and never completes.
