2108474 - It is not possible to add an attachment in SUS or ROS

Symptom

You want to add an attachment in following application in SUS/ROS, but the file is not added:

on the company data BSP screen in SUS
in the ROS supplier preselection application
on the detail edit screen for a SUS document
