Symptom
- The Server Intelligent Agent (SIA) is unable to start after upgrading to BO XI 3.1 SP7 FP7.1
- The Central Management Server (CMS) is started correctly
- Unable to connect to the Infoview after setting the [JAVA_HOME] variable
- In the SIA trace log and Windows Event Viewer, the following line is seen:
