Symptom

When you activate Technical Monitoring "apply and activate" after upgrading SOLMAN you receive the following errors:

Configuration "ABC~ABAP" performed with errors

DPC configuration completed with errors, see transcation SLG1 E2E_ALERTING/DPC_SETUP

Error "No PPMS data found for system SID"
