Symptom

You are running SAP Business Suite applications on SAP ASE. You use the loginfo() builtin function to display transaction log usage and information. This command takes a long time to return and also blocks other ASE processes, especially  in the presence of long-running transactions. This may be seen with DBACockpit as well, while checking Log Space Usage.
