2109000 - OpenDocument not reflecting the modified cms.default value

Symptom

Modifying the cms.default parameter of opendocument.properties shows older value.

Environment

Crystal Report Server 2011
Windows Server
Tomcat7
Standalone Environment

Reproducing the Issue

Launch any opendocument url

Cause

Changes in .properties file in default folder were not reflecting correctly

Resolution

1. Stop Tomcat
2. Copy BILaunchpad, opendocument and crystalreport.properties file from default folder to custom folder under <Tomcat7/webapps/BOE/WEB-INF/config/>
3. Make changes in cms.default parameter
4. Clear Tomcat cache from work directory
5. Start Tomcat.
