2109490 - How to find a sa's password (forget a password for sa)

Symptom

On all our Sybase-DBs we had defined a password for the user sa.
We didn't use this user for a long time, but now I need him again.
But on all our Sybase-databases it is not possible to login with the user sa and the right password (I get the message: Login failed).
I cannot say, which time it happened, that the password was obviously changed (the user is not locked, I controlled it with sp_locklogin).
