When starting IQ server using normal command "start_iq -x tcpip{port=2638} @iqdb.cfg iqdb.db" without specifying IP address parameter in the command or .cfg file, IQ will start listening on 0.0.0.0:2638.
Some customers will request to turn off the listener on 0.0.0.0 to avoid possible security problem.
