Symptom

After upgrading Design studio version from 1.3 to 1.4 error "The initial exception that caused the report to fail was Version Mismatch: Webtier:13.0.3.73 PJS:14.0.3.135" appears while viewing the Design Studio based reports from BI Launchpad.
