Symptom

When launching SAP Data Services Designer 4.2 SP3, the following error message appears :

Error during initialization by designer:
- System call <LoadLibrary> to load and initialize DLL or shared library functions failed for <ds_crypto.dll>.
Make sure that the library-installed and is in the correct location.
The application is terminated (BODI-1270012)
