2110369 - SMP SP04: Not able to connect via Agentry - The UserID or password is invalid. Try Again - getEndpoint#No endpoint with name SAPXXXX was found#null

Symptom

  • We have upgraded SMP 3.0 SP03 to SP04
  • During this activity we moved the Agentry application (ex: Service Manager 4.1) to SMP 3.0 SP04
  • Connecting to the SMP server from the Agentry Client and getting the following error "The User ID or password is invalid. Try again"
  • From the servername-smp-server.log error: "#null#com.sap.mobile.platform.server.proxy.configuration.service.AbstractEndpointConfigurationService:getEndpoint#No endpoint with name SAPCRMSM was found#null#614#null#0#null"
