Symptom

  • "Logon Failure" accessing BPC Web landing page in BPC 10.1.  "The logon attempt failed; contact your administrator"
  •  The detail message shows that "Service cannot be reached. URL call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available".
  • The following error may also appear: Error 403 forbidden
