2111458 - SAP IQ: temp block leaks on global and local temporary tables after disconnection

Symptom

Create a global or local temporary table and insert rows in it.
Disconnect should release all the temp blocks used by this temp table.
Reconnect and run sp_iqstatus, you will see that not all the temp blocks previously used are released.
If you use many temp tables, you could get the error "You have run out space in IQ_SYSTEM_TEMP dbspace".
