2111749 - Error HDB 00051: Version string <string> is incorrect

• When opening a Lumira document Lumira displays the error:

Error HDB 00051: Version string <string> is incorrect

This is due to a corruption of the Lumira document that can be caused by one of, but not limited to, the following:

• File being opened in another tool such as Predictive Analysis and saved from that tool
• File being manually editted by a user
• File corruption due to drive issues or software or OS crash

• The file will need to be recreated either from scratch or from a back up copy.
