2112057 - Error occurs while viewing crystal reports for Enterprise in BI Launchpad

Symptom

  1. Get the following error while viewing the report in BILauchpad.

"The viewer could not process an event. The data source is invalid: ‘csOCA’. Please contact the maintainer of the data source to solve the problem.[JRC00005380]Error code: 0 [CRWE800000119]　

    2. Able to open the report in Crystal reports for enterprise(CRE) designer.

    3. WEBI reports are working fine, based on the same universe on which these Crystal reports for enterprise reports are based.
