Getting the following error after update of SAP Business Objects Business Intelligence Platform 4.0 to SAP Business Objects Business Intelligence Platform 4.1

"HTTP Status 500 javax.servlet.ServletException:java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method com.businessobjects.sdk.plugin.desktop.common.IConfiguredContainer.isUsingContainerConfigProps() of a null object returned from com.crystaldecisions.sdk.plugin.desktop.server.lServer.getContainer()"
