2112328 - EPM Add-In Empty Dimension Selector After SP20 Upgrade - 500 SAP Internal Server Error / Field symbol has not been assigned yet. (termination: RABAX_STATE) - 00040381

Symptom

After upgrading to SAP BW 7.4 SP08, BPC 10.1 SP04 and EPM Add-In SP20, the EPM Add-In context dimension selector appears blank and no dimension members are loaded.

Other errors from a Fiddler trace occur below:

500 SAP Internal Server Error
ERROR: Field symbol has not been assigned yet. (termination: RABAX_STATE)

and

Application Server Error
400 Session timed out - please log in again
Error is logged with Tag: {00040381}
