2112433 - Valuation of inspection points is not updated after changing characteristic results

Symptom

After changing the characteristic results the valuation of inspection points is not updated automatically. When displaying inspection point results in t-code QE13, you may find the inspection point valuation is rejected although the characteristic results are accepted or vice virsa.
