2113011 - BPC-MS:how to install the AmyUni 4.5 PDF converter?

Symptom

Excel export to PDF gives memory issues and we were recomended by SAP to use the newest version of Amyuni 4.5 PDF converter.

How to install this version? In BPC Excel Interface, the old version is still active despite we have uninstalled it from the client machine.
