2113013 - SySam 2.0 - Error message during starting sequence : Failed to obtain license(s)

SySam environment is configured to use the served mode.

With this configuration, the Sybase SAP product connects to the SySam licenses server to obtain a valid license when it starts.
The start of the product fails with a message like:
