After the upgrade of DS 4.2 SP3 P1, IS 4.2 SP3 P1 (DS and IS patch from SP1 to SP3 P1) and on opening the IS console this error was encountered:
- A system error occurred. Contact the administrator if the error persists. (UIM-10142) OK
