SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

2113544 - After starting BOE XI 3.1 SIA, FWM 01003 while login and STU 00165 while connecting to database. Missing LIBDB2.a and LIBLIBdb2.a. IBM error 0509-062.

Symptom

  • Services show the SIA as running. CMS is also shown as exectud, however there is no response on any requests sent to the CMS.
  • Running the cmsdbsetup.sh script shows the below error.

Failed to get cluster name. STU00165

Database access error. Reason loading shared object failed. First tried to load library libdb2.a(shr.o) and failed because of error 0509-062 System error: A file or directory in the path name does not exist.

Second tried to load library liblibdb2.a(shr.so and failed because of error 0509-062 System error: A file or directory in the path name does not exist.
