2113595 - Error: 7046 Evaluation period has expired

• Error 7046 "Evaluation period has expired"  is returned to the client when attempting to make a connection to an expired server. ( Version 9.1 and later)
• Error 6097 ( version earlier than 9.1)
• Cannot run application
• The server might appear to start normally and the database information will display normal values although no remote connections to the database can be made.
