2114308 - 2 digit year conversion with to_date() now evaluates back to 1915 - Data Services

Symptom

  • This syntax after new year 2015 evaluates incorrectly: to_date('01-JAN-15','DD-MON-YY'), is 01/01/1915. (wrong century)
  • 01/01/25 returned from to_date('01/01/25','MM/DD/YY') should return 2025 and is returning 1925.
