2114630 - Number Format does not appear properly for integers less than 1000 when exported to CSV Archive

Symptom

In Web Intelligence reports, custom formatting #,##0.00 is applied to values such that

  • 1000 should appear as 1,000.00
  • 500.5 should appear 500.50
  • 500 should appear as 500.00

However, integers less than 1000 do not appear to have the custom formatting applied to them, when CSV archive is opened by Excel (by default).

  • 1000 appears as 1,000.00
  • 500.5 appears as 500.5
  • 500 appears as 500
