Symptom
- After open a WebI report (and refresh), get the following error message: "Universe (...) does not exist or your security profile does not allow you to access it. (IDT 23140) (Error: INF )"
- If opening the report in WebI Rich Client, a different error message is observed: "No business layer sent back from server".
