2115569 - Red error message in CMC Servers "You must restart the server for changes to take effect"

Symptom

  • The red error "You must restart the server for changes to take effect" never goes away after changing the setting of any server in one particular SIA node in the CMC
  • Restarting the server does not resolve the issue
  • Deleting this SIA node, recreating the SIA node, or creating a new SIA node on the same machine does not resolve the issue
  • The issue does not happen on any other nodes in the same deployment
