2115633 - SAP Afaria returns "The Google URL shortening service could not be contacted..." when creating an enrollment code in an enrollment policy

When creating an enrollment code in an enrollment policy, using the Google URL shortening service and using an IP address for client enrollment, the SAP Afaria Administrator returns "The Google URL shortening service could not be contacted. View the Server Configuration panel to test the connection." If a test is then performed on the Server Configuration > Enrollment Code page, the test succeeds.
