2115747 - Material exclusion via VL10 does not working properly

The exclusion of the material does not work in the transaction VL10A,Vl10C.
The excluded material can be processed in the delivery due list  which refers to a sales order in VL10A,VL10C.

Case 1:
If you would like to exclude the sales order (which contains only the excluded material and no others) via the delivery creation process in VL10A,VL10C.

Case 2:
If you add only one material for exclusion and flag "entire document" check box all of the materials will be seen on the list of VL10C (the one given for exclusion will be there as well). In this case your expectation is that the full order can not be seen in the VL10C.
