Symptom

  • Systom happens with upgrade from Windows 2008 to Windows 2012 using IIS
  • 64-bit ODBC Data Source Administrator on Windows 2012 throwing error message:
    • Could not load code page for requested charset
    • ERROR [08001] [SAP][ASE ODBC Driver]Client unable to establish a connection
    • ERROR [01S00] [SAP][ASE ODBC Driver]Could not load code page for requested charset”
