  • The Release Information Webinar Program is designed to help customers prepare for our 1H and 2H releases.  In addition, we try to provide as much information as possible prior to the webinars, in order to help you better prepare to ask questions and participate in these sessions.

Can I view recordings of the webinars?

  • We will provide recordings of each session within 2 business days of the original session.  You can access these webinars, whether you missed the session or just want to review the content, by visiting the Product Updates page within the Community. 

Can I download a copy of the presentation?

  • After each session, we will upload a PDF version of the presentation file.  To both protect and ensure the accuracy of the information contained within each presentation, we do not publish the file prior to each presentation.

If I have questions after the presentation, how can I contact the product teams?

  • If you think of further questions, ideas, or other comments after the presentation, the best way to reach out to the product teams is by logging into the Community ( and visiting the relevant product forum.  Our product teams are actively engaged in Community discussions and look forward to working with you.

How can I find out when the webinars will be held?

  • We will announce the webinars in several places, including in our monthly Admin Compass newsletter.  Please keep an eye out in the months prior to upcoming releases for the Admin Compass newsletter announcement.  You can also check the Product Updates page for the most current information available about the release, including documentation and links to register for the OneVoice.

Do the release webinars cover enhancements for Professional Edition?

  • No, currently the release webinars only cover enhancements relevant to Enterprise Edition customers.  Professional Edition customers can receive information about available enhancements by visiting the Upgrade Center from within their SuccessFactors application.
