2116051 - Change pointer distribution for HRMD ALE scenarios with multiple source/target systems

Symptom

There are three or more different systems to be integrated with ALE HRMD* message type, for example systems A, B and C. ALE integration has been set up to communicate these systems, with idocs being sent from system A to system B and then from system B to system C.

It is observed though, that change pointers are not created in system B for the changes coming from system A.
