2116295 - Change of item category from blank to service

Symptom

Create a purchasing document (Purchase Order, Purchase Requisition, etc.) with item category 'material' (EKPO-PSTYP is blank). Subsequently change the item category to 'service' (EKPO-PSTYP is 9). Item category change not sent to SRM, and so SRM and ECC will have different information.
