2116681 - Msg 4852: Performing slow bcp on table 'test1'. To enable fast bcp turn on 'select into/bulkcopy' option on the database 'mydb' - ASE

Symptom

  • The bcp in operation returns error message 4852:

    Message from server: Message: 4852, State 1, Severity 10 -- 'Performing slow bcp on table 'rs_new'. To enable fast bcp please turn on 'select into/bulkcopy' option on the database 'mydb'.'

     THREAD FATAL ERROR #5049 DSI EXEC(124(1) TARGETDATABASE.mydb) - neric/dsi/dsiqmint.c(5107)
            The DSI thread for database 'TARGETDATABASE.mydb' is being shutdown. DSI received data server error #4852 which is mapped to STOP_REPLICATION. See logged data server errors for more information. The data server error was caused by output command #1 mapped from input command #0 of the failed transaction.
     
  • Performing slow bcp on table 'rs_new'.
