2116951 - SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC dump in EKAB table during editing contract call-off purchase order

You create a purchase order (PO) or a scheduling agreement which has reference to a contract (call-off PO) and you save the document (even to Hold mode in case of Purchase Order or regular Save mode).
When trying to do and save changes, for example undelete an item, SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC ABAP dump appears from ME_UPDATE_AGREEMENT_PO function module, at line:
