2117210 - iOS inventory data are not updated in Afaria Administrator console

Symptom

  • After enrolling iOS devices, inventory data do not appear in the Afaria Administrator console except a few information (including IMEI number, UDID, ect.)
  • Device Refresh schedule runs successfully
  • <AfariaiPhoneServerInstallPath>\Bin\Inv directory is empty
  • A_INV_SCANDATA_INPUT table is NOT empty

  • <AfariaServerInstallPath>\Data\Channel\Content\InventoryManagerChannel\Inbox directory is empty
