2117328 - Queue Information (Queue List) in the Contact Center View does not display the dynamic fields

Symptom

  • Agents are not seeing the Dynamic Fields for the queue list. Fields such as "Longest queuing time", "Agents serving in the queue"; "Free agents" etc. For example, agents get image "A" instead of image "B":
    • Image A:
      ImageA.jpg
    • Image B:
      ImageB.jpg
    • Queue information is not displated in CDT
    • Missing queue information in the Agent Status and Queue List view
