Symptom
- Agents are not seeing the Dynamic Fields for the queue list. Fields such as "Longest queuing time", "Agents serving in the queue"; "Free agents" etc. For example, agents get image "A" instead of image "B":

- Queue information is not displated in CDT
- Missing queue information in the Agent Status and Queue List view
