2117826 - User upgraded from SAP Mobile Platform 2.3.4 to SAP mobile Platform 2.3.5 and is unable to register - SUP/SMP

User upgraded from SAP Mobile Platform 2.3.4 to SAP mobile Platform 2.3.5 and is unable to register from their iPad device using REX.  Device application appears to hang in a loop and the client MOCA shows:
